What working here looks like
Aravian operates in small, specialist units. There is no project organisation between you and the client. You are close to the problem and close to the decision-maker. Every contribution is visible.
Work happens in four to six week cycles. At the end of every cycle there is something real: a working system, a tested component, a board-ready report. Not a progress update. Not a recommendation deck.
Our teams use AI to extend analysis, accelerate documentation, and reduce the time between insight and action. If you want to work in an environment where AI is a genuine part of how the team operates, this is it.
Open positions
Design and build the integration and data layers that make AI systems work in production. MCP protocol, agent orchestration, and enterprise data platform experience required.
Lead Agentforce deployments from data readiness through to production operation and client handover. Salesforce certifications required. Retail or financial services background preferred.
Lead EU AI Act compliance programmes and AI governance implementations for clients in regulated environments. Legal or regulatory background alongside technical understanding required.
Lead user research, service design, and interface design for clients across retail, consumer, and public sector. GDS experience an advantage. Comfortable presenting directly to senior stakeholders.
Build headless and custom Shopify Plus implementations for retail clients scaling their commerce operations. Hydrogen, Remix, and Shopify APIs required. AI-native commerce experience a strong advantage.
Own client relationships and delivery oversight across two or three concurrent programmes. You are the person the client calls when a decision needs to be made. Senior consulting background required.
